“A Powerful, Rarely-Used Training Principle To Turbo-Charge Your Strength, Stamina and Overall Conditioning”
If you are looking to develop functional strength, explosive power and super stamina then listen up…
Do you want a strong, lean and physically fit body?
Are you training hard but can’t seem to make further progress?
Then what I am going to describe (if you follow it) is going to have a dramatic effect on your fitness and conditioning and will enable you to reach personal goals in a much shorter time than your previously thought possible.
OK, here it is…
The essential key for any physical training program is to incorporate variety into your workouts. This is a very important concept that most people simply ignore or do not understand.
It is true that you can reap huge rewards from any one style of training, (provided it is of value), but if do not include variety into a program, you are totally neglecting many parts of your body without even realising.
To be a well-rounded athlete you should be conditioned and strong from all angles and in all directions – having total control over your body.
If you’re a combat athlete or martial artist this is especially important - you must be strong, flexible and mobile in all positions, on the ground and on your feet.
However, regardless of your training goals and ambitions, by mixing up your training routines and exercises you will reach a higher level of conditioning.
For example…
If you can incorporate bodyweight exercises, dumbbells and barbells, rope skipping and climbing, medicine ball training, metal drum lifting, sprint training and roadwork as well as other training devises that produce results– you will gain huge benefits provided they are used in an effective manner.
If you add this simple change to what you’re currently doing you will have an advantage over anyone else who limits themselves to only one style of training they think of as the “only way”. And, if you compete in a skill sport - your performance will see an immediate improvement.
Being narrow minded by seeing your training method as superior to all others, leads to your body adapting to that set of exercises as it becomes accustomed to the “same old thing”.
If you are to become a complete athlete you should strive for constant improvement, not waste your time trying to justify or defend one particular method of training over another – that is wasted effort, time and puts your focus in the wrong direction.
Keep focus on your goal, that’s the only way to achieve it.
You do not need to “ditch” what was has worked for you up until now, simply begin to include other exercises that had neglected a little at a time and I can guarantee you’ll notice immediate positive effects.
So, if you’re serious about becoming the best athlete you can be, then I encourage you to begin today adding variety to your training program and reap the benefits…Get cracking!
All the best
